Our Story
In 1993, Craig Anderson, a Novell CNE from Brooklyn, founded ACTS building computers and setting up Novell networks for customers—many of them small banks. Craig was known for his technical expertise and his no-nonsense approach to business.
Everything changed around 1996 when a persistent GoldMine sales rep named Dan May managed to get Craig on the phone. Despite Craig's initial skepticism and short patience for sales pitches, Dan's persistence paid off. That conversation sparked a pivot that would define ACTS for decades to come—we became a CRM shop, helping businesses transform their customer relationships with GoldMine solutions.
From those Brooklyn roots and that pivotal phone call, ACTS grew to serve hundreds of clients, eventually expanding into Microsoft Office 365 and broader CRM platforms, building the foundation that would later evolve into Clarus IT Solutions.
